Payroll and statutory contributions
Each month, an employer must calculate and remit EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB for every employee, to three agencies, by the 15th of the following month. We run the full cycle from your first hire, and because the same team keeps your statutory records, payroll and company file stay in step.
| Employer registration | With KWSP for EPF, PERKESO for SOCSO and EIS, and LHDN for an employer tax file. |
|---|---|
| New employees | Registered with KWSP, and with PERKESO within 30 days of hiring. |
| Monthly deadline | EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB due by the 15th of the following month. |
| Minimum wage | RM1,700 a month. Budget 2027 raises it to RM2,000 from June 2027, with SMEs below RM50 million in annual sales exempted. |
| HRD Corp | Employers in covered sectors with 10 or more Malaysian employees register and pay a levy of 1% of monthly wages. |
| Year end | Form EA for every employee and Form E for the company, filed with LHDN. |
